Mentee:  2010-2011 (career development, field methods, course work)

    Priya is an excellent teacher, motivator, role model, and always shows how much she truly cares about her students. She has helped me outside of office hours more times than I can count, and always listened to every question I had as an undergraduate. I have always been inspired by Priya’s positive attitude and patience she had with me for the many classes she TA’d for me at UC Santa Cruz. Even though I know Priya as a teacher’s assistant, I will remember Priya teaching me more than most of my professors did at UC Santa Cruz.
